Welcome to my journey.  My name is Chantal Demers.  I am an ultra runner from central Ontario, Canada.  Starting July 1st, 2017 on Canada's 150th birthday, I will depart Tobermory Ontario and travel south along the beautiful Bruce Trail foothpath.
